Direct Dinar normally ships credit card orders within 24 hours or the next business day.

Orders paid via check will ship on the 10th business day after recite.

APO, FPO and Overseas Military orders have taken up to 60 days , most get there in 10 to 20 days but can take much longer please allow for this.

In addition, we use secure server technology to encrypt your credit card information when purchasing online. Sometimes, errors occur when purchasing online. If you experience problems, please call Customer Service to check your order, have your order number ready.

RETURNS or EXCHANGES

We hope that you are happy with your purchase, if you need to return, exchange, due to a defect, you can do so within 30 days of the purchase. You must obtain a return order number first. We do NOT accept returns of special order items or customized orders or Gold. The guidelines are specified below.

You can return, exchange, after calling 1.605.584.9925 and receiving a return order number.

Please note that you are responsible for any shipping charges you incur to do this.

Identify on the original receipt if the shipment is a return, exchange, or repair with the additional information:

Returns – Contact us to receive a "Return Authorization Number." You can do this by calling 1.605.584.9925 Write your "Return Authorization Number" on your original receipt. This is very important for us to be able to credit the correct account if you paid with credit card. If you paid with check or money order, a corporate check will be issued and mailed to the original billing address. The amount credited will be the total paid at the time of purchase; shipping charges are not refundable.

Exchanges – Indicate the purchased item you would like to exchange on the receipt, as well as what product you would like to have in its place.

Ship via UPS, US Mail or Federal Express. We recommend insuring the package for the amount you originally paid for the item.

Send the package to the address on the Return Authorization information.
